First, Al Fresco dining is trendy. Today’s diner wants an experience, and they definitely enjoy eating outdoors in a more festive atmosphere.

 There are many ways to welcome your guests. A beverage and small nibble are always welcome after a long drive or if your ceremony is prior to the dinner. Tart summer Lemonade, refreshing Coconut Water or Fresh Steeped Mango Iced Tea can be offered compliments of the Hard Wood Café Catering Company.

crusty baguette sliced, grilled and topped with a mix of fresh tomato, garlic and basil.

assorted meats, cheeses and olives.  Serves from one to one hundred!
